According to Section 4 of the List of Non-Food Products Not Subject to Return or Exchange (approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 55), returns of confectionery products in proper condition are not permitted.
If a defect is discovered (e.g., damaged packaging, spoilage before the expiration date), the Buyer may contact the Seller within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing photo and/or video evidence.
